This one year contract is for the routine maintenance of 140 facilities. ICA manages and performs all routine maintenance activities associated with facilities maintenance, facilities inspection and service-call management support. Facilities include the Harris County Toll Road Authority’s plazas, tollbooths, maintenance buildings, office buildings, pump houses and equipment buildings located on or near the Harris County Toll Road.
Total area of these facilities is approximately 292,309 square feet. Responsibility includes all routine maintenance activities associated with facilities maintenance including: Lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, toll booth repair and construction, and landscaping/mowing. This contract was renewed in 2010 for 1 year.
On May 1, 2010 ICA was awarded an additional one-year contract to maintain a 129,400 sq. ft. area of administrative facilities. ICA will perform all routine maintenance activities required to keep the HCTRA administration building campus fully operational. Responsibilities include maintenance of building exterior surfaces and structural items, sanitary sewer systems, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing, painting and exterior cleaning, potable water facilities, and landscape maintenance for the main office building and two other buildings on an 11.87 acre campus.
