ICA performs two 2-year lump sum contracts for complete maintenance and operations of rest areas including janitorial services, maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities, and all necessary repairs for rest area in Nolan and Crosby Counties near Dallas, Texas. The Crosby County contract includes 11 facilities located north of a line from Wichita Falls to Lubbock. This project includes the Gray Rest Area which won the US DOT, FHWA 2004 Biennial Award for Excellence in Highway Design, Environmental Protection and Enhancements. The Nolan County project is for 14 facilities located from south of Dallas to Big Spring, Texas.
