From 2000-2007 ICA maintained1,303 lane miles of I-75 for the Florida Department of Transportation. These segments traverse five counties and two FDOT districts. The project scope included all routine maintenance associated with the roadway and its related assets. The project served as a major interstate corridor through the urban area of Tampa. In 2007 a portion of this contract, 724 lane miles was renewed for an additional seven years.

ICA’s second seven-year contract with the FDOT is all-encompassing and includes:

  • Litter removal
  • Guardrail repair
  • Rest area maintenance
  • Traffic management services
  • Emergency/incident response
  • Bridge inspection

This roadway is a major North/South route for travelers accessing the Gulf Coast beaches. This is also primary access for Sports fans traveling to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Rays, the Lightning and Yankee Spring Training.
