ICA manages and performs asset maintenance services for approximately 35.5 center-line miles and approximately 7 miles of interchange ramps of the beautiful President George Bush Turnpike in Dallas, Collin, and Denton Counties. The President George Bush Turnpike is a limited access expressway extending through or along the cities of Irving, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Dallas, Plano, Richardson, and Garland that offers motorists and commuters a major East-West route through the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex within a major emergent economic region, linking corporate headquarters and high-tech corridors, and providing access to major thoroughfares including IH 635, IH 35E, the Dallas North Tollway, and US 75, as well as offering an alternative route to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
This five year contract includes all routine maintenance and repair of the right-of-way and all physical properties and assets including approximately 35.5 center-line miles of roadway and approximately 7 miles of interchange ramps, 90 bridges, 30 ramp toll plazas, 5 mainlane toll plazas, and approximately 700 turf acres and 100 landscape planting bed acres.
